An initial consultation with Home Design

The website lets you request an initial consultation with Home Design, an engineering studio specialising in architecture, structures, interiors, planning, supervision and permits. The initial consultation offered by the current service is free.

Submitting a request and confirming a time

Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. The studio reviews your information and contacts you to agree on a time and consultation format. Your preferred day and time period help coordination but do not reserve an appointment automatically.

Consultation scope

The initial consultation helps understand your idea, project type, current stage, relevant services and next step. It does not automatically include detailed drawings, structural calculations, certified reports, construction, supervision or submission of permit files. Deliverables and duration are discussed with the studio according to the request.

Information supplied

Please provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Initial views depend on the information available at the time and may require reviewing the site, drawings and studies before detailed solutions can be approved. An initial discussion is not technical approval suitable for construction.

Cancellation or rescheduling

To cancel or change an appointment, contact +20 10 00360026 or homedesignco@yahoo.com, preferably in advance. A new time depends on the studio team’s availability. There is no cancellation fee for the free initial consultation.

Subsequent services and fees

Design, planning, supervision, permits and other services require a separate proposal and agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, stages and responsibilities. Requesting a consultation does not require you to purchase a later service. If paid consultations become available, their fees and cancellation and refund terms will be shown before payment.

Permits and approvals

Authority procedures, requirements and timelines vary with the project. A consultation request does not guarantee a permit, ministerial decision or approval. Work on those procedures is defined in the service agreement.
