Privacy policy

Your privacy at Home Design

This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Home Design engineering consultancy website or request a consultation. Contact: homedesignco@yahoo.com or +20 10 00360026. Studio address: Al Ordonia, Al Sabah Centre, Building 3, first floor, Office 5, opposite the Arab African International Bank, 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.

Information you provide

The consultation form collects your name, phone number, email address, requested service, project type and location. Area, stage, budget, project details and preferred contact day are optional. Please do not enter card numbers, passwords or sensitive information that is not needed for the request.

How information is used

Information is used to review your project needs, contact you about the request, and arrange and follow up on the consultation. Consent in the form relates to this request and does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Any later marketing subscription requires separate consent and can be withdrawn.

Storage and protection

Consultation requests are stored in the website administration area and accessible to authorised administrators. Hosting and email services may process information needed to operate the website and send request notifications. Information is retained for as long as needed to follow up on the request and related services, and to address applicable legal or contractual obligations. You can contact us to request deletion; submitting a request does not trigger automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Essential storage and optional measurement

The hosting service may use technical files and logs to operate and protect the website. Measurement preferences are stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. When Google Tag Manager is configured, measurement and advertising tools managed through this integration are not loaded before your consent. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. The information processed depends on the tools enabled, and this policy is updated when their settings change.

WhatsApp and external platforms

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to external services governed by their own privacy policies. The website’s form-event integration does not send your name, phone number or email address to measurement tools.

Requests concerning your information

To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, contact homedesignco@yahoo.com. We may request appropriate information to verify the identity of the requester. Requests are handled with regard to applicable obligations and information needed to fulfil a contract or protect a legal right. Withdrawing consent may prevent further follow-up on your consultation.

Policy updates

This version applies to the current consultation request form. The policy will be updated before enabling online payments or new processing services. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
